1. What this covers

“Cookies” here means cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage and session storage, which the law treats the same way. This policy forms part of the Privacy Policy.

2. What we use

Strictly necessary. These make the Service work and cannot be switched off in our systems. They do not require consent.

• Authentication and session cookies set by our authentication provider, so that you stay signed in and your session can be refreshed securely. Deleting them signs you out.
• Shopping-cart storage, held in your browser's local storage per storefront, so that your cart survives a page reload. It stays on your device until you clear it or complete an order.
• Security and abuse-prevention storage used to protect forms and endpoints.
• Preference storage, such as your acceptance of this notice, so that we do not ask again.

Analytics. We record page and product view events on our own servers to understand which storefronts and products are being seen. These events are first-party, are not shared with an advertising network, and are used for aggregate statistics and for the analytics a creator sees about their own shop. Where the law requires consent for analytics, we ask for it before recording anything beyond what is strictly necessary.

Advertising. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not embed advertising pixels.

Third-party frames. Our checkout embeds payment fields hosted by our payment provider. That provider may set its own storage inside its frame for security and fraud prevention. It is governed by the provider's own policy.

3. Your choices

Where consent is required, we ask for it through the notice shown when you first arrive, and you can change your answer at any time from the link in that notice or by emailing info [at] myverseshop [dot] com.

Every browser also lets you block or delete cookies and clear site storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage will break sign-in and the cart.

We honour a Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one, treating it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing — noting that we do neither.

4. Changes

We update this policy when we add or remove a technology. The version and effective date are at the top of this page.
