Shipping & Delivery
Made to order, then sent out into the world. How long that takes, what it costs, and who pays customs.
Version 2026-07-30.1 · in effect from 2026-07-30
1. How it works
Each item is printed individually once you order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Some products, materials and destinations take longer. Multi-item orders may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate parcels at different times, at no extra cost to you.
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive a tracking number by email, and it also appears in your account.
2. Delivery estimates
After production, typical transit is 3 to 7 business days within the United States and the European Union, and 7 to 20 business days for the rest of the world.
These are estimates, not guarantees, and are not contractual delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspection, strikes, peak season and incorrect addresses all affect them.
Where the law of your country requires a seller to deliver within a maximum period, and no other period was agreed, we will deliver within thirty (30) days of the day the contract was formed, and you may cancel for a refund if we do not.
3. Costs
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm. The amount charged is the amount shown.
Where possible, items are produced in a facility near the destination, so most orders do not travel across the world.
4. Customs, duties and destination taxes
For international orders, the price at checkout does not include import duties, customs charges, brokerage or handling fees, or destination taxes, unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. Where these apply, you pay them, to the carrier or the authority.
We cannot tell you in advance what they will be — they depend on your country's rules, the declared value and the product category. Check with your local customs authority if you need certainty before ordering.
We declare parcels accurately. We cannot mark an item as a gift, understate its value, or mislabel its contents.
If a parcel is refused, abandoned or returned because charges were not paid, that is not a return. We are not obliged to refund, and any refund we do make excludes shipping and the costs incurred.
5. Addresses
You are responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address, including any apartment, floor or building detail, and a valid phone number where the carrier requires one.
Tell us immediately at info [at] myverseshop [dot] com if you spot an error. Once a print file has gone to production we usually cannot change the address.
Where a parcel is undeliverable and returned to the production facility because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can usually re-ship at your cost. Unclaimed parcels may be disposed of by the facility.
6. Risk and title
Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the address you gave. Where you are a consumer and your local law places risk with the seller until you take physical possession, that rule applies instead.
7. Restricted destinations
We cannot ship to countries or territories subject to comprehensive sanctions, to addresses our carriers refuse, or where the product itself is restricted by local law. If this affects your order we cancel it and refund in full.
8. Problems
Damaged, defective, misprinted, late or missing: see Returns & Replacements, or write to info [at] myverseshop [dot] com with your order number.
