Returns & Replacements
Every piece is made for you after you order it. Here is what happens when something is wrong, and what your cancellation rights are.
Version 2026-07-30.1 · in effect from 2026-07-30
1. Who you are dealing with
You bought from [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] Ltd.. We are the seller. We arrange production and delivery through independent partners, but your contract and your remedy are with us. Contact info [at] myverseshop [dot] com with your order number.
2. Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or printed incorrectly — wrong design, wrong placement, wrong product, wrong size supplied against the size ordered — we will replace it at no cost to you, or refund it if we choose or if a replacement is not possible.
Tell us within 30 days of delivery at info [at] myverseshop [dot] com. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem and, where relevant, the packaging and the product label. We may ask for the item to be returned; if we do, we pay the postage.
We do not treat the following as defects: reasonable variation in printed colour compared to your screen; reasonable variation in print position, size or finish between individual items; the normal characteristics of the fabric or material; and ordinary wear, misuse, incorrect washing, or alteration after delivery.
This does not limit any statutory right you have in respect of goods that are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose. Those rights typically last far longer than 30 days, and you may exercise them regardless of this section.
3. Lost, stolen or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows no delivery, or shows delivery but nothing arrived, contact us within 30 days of the last tracking event. We will open an inquiry with the carrier. Carriers usually require several working days before an item is declared lost.
Where the carrier confirms the loss, or where the inquiry is inconclusive and the circumstances support it, we replace or refund.
We are not responsible where the address you entered was incomplete or wrong, where delivery was refused, where the parcel was returned because customs charges were not paid, or where the item was left in a place you nominated and went missing there. In those cases we can usually re-ship at your cost.
4. Cancellation and cooling-off rights
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. You generally have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly before the period expires — email info [at] myverseshop [dot] com with your order number and a statement that you are withdrawing. You then return the goods within 14 days. You pay the cost of return postage. We refund what you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example an item where you supplied or altered the text, or asked for an individual customisation. Where you order a standard catalogue product carrying a design published by a creator, and you did not personalise it, the right does apply, and we honour it.
Consumers in Israel. You may cancel a distance transaction within 14 days of receiving the goods or the transaction details, whichever is later, and longer where the Consumer Protection Law provides a longer period for particular consumers. We may charge a cancellation fee to the extent the law permits. The right does not apply to goods manufactured specially for the consumer following the transaction.
Consumers elsewhere. Where your local law gives you a cancellation, withdrawal or return right that cannot be excluded, that right applies and this policy does not reduce it. Tell us what you are relying on and we will honour it.
Outside those rights, because items are produced individually after you order and are not held as stock, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering. As a goodwill matter we may still help; that is at our discretion and creates no precedent.
5. How refunds are made
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different card or account.
Timing depends on your bank or card issuer; it is commonly 5 to 10 working days after we process it, and can be longer for cross-border cards.
Where currency conversion applied, we refund the amount originally charged in the currency it was charged. Movement in exchange rates between purchase and refund is outside our control and is not compensated.
Import duties, customs charges and destination taxes paid to a carrier or authority are not refunded by us. You may be able to reclaim them from the authority that levied them.
6. Cancelling before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible at info [at] myverseshop [dot] com. Production begins quickly, and once a print file has been sent to production we usually cannot stop it. If we can stop it, we cancel and refund in full. If we cannot, sections 2 to 4 apply.
7. Removed designs
If a design is removed from the platform after you ordered it but before it was produced — for example following a copyright notice — we cancel the order and refund you in full. We are not able to supply the item and are not liable for anything beyond the refund.
8. Digital items, Ink and plans
This policy covers physical goods. Ink credits, plan fees and other digital purchases are covered by the Billing, Plans & Ink Terms.
