Mom, Dad

From the moment I learned those two words, I learned love. You gave me the words to grieve, to rejoice, to hurt, to uplift, to question, and to wonder. I learned to give thanks, too. And I shall use my words, one and all. The book of my life is dedicated to you, And at its genesis are these two words: Mom. Dad.
